Trans Actor Zach Barack Cast In Spider-Man: Far From Home

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Zach Barack, a transgender actor, has been cast in Spider-Man: Far From Home. His role is being kept under wraps for now but Barack was has posted photos on Instagram which suggest that he will be playing one of Peter Parker’s friends on a trip in Europe. Barack is also seen in the film’s first trailer.
Barack is believed to be the first out trans actor to appear in a big budget superhero movie.
The film is set to open July 5th.
