Star Wars can relax a little and start making their post-Christmas plans on when they can watch the next live-action TV miniseries. Per Lucasfilm and Walt Disney Studios, The Book of Boba Fett will make its Disney+ debut on Wednesday, December 29. A new key art poster was also released for the series, which you can check out below.

The show was first revealed with the surprise end-credit sequence following the Season 2 finale of The Mandalorian. The series will feature Boba Fett (Temeura Morrison) and Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) navigating the criminal underworld of the Galaxy after returning to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory previously ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.

The Book of Boba Fett stars Morrison and Wen reprising their past Star Wars roles. Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson are serving as series executive producers. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck are co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian as co-producer.

Unfortunately, it appears the wait for an actual trailer is going to be a little longer. Ahead of the show’s December launch, there will be a TV special celebrating the origins and legacy of the legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett on Disney+. It will premiere on November 12 for Disney+ Day.
