Tim Allen Is Back In Official Trailer For The Santa Clauses Disney+ Series

The Santa Clause franchise returns with a new limited series The Santa Clauses on Disney+, and the first trailer gives us our first full look at the show. Disney dropped the trailer on Thursday for the Tim Allen-starring series, and you can check it out below.

The trailer reveals some of the story as Scott Calvin (Allen) has realized that the magic of Christmas is fading away. He decides to retire, but finds out that his replacement is destroying Christmas and has to fix it all.

The series stars Allen, Elizabeth Mitchell, Elizabeth Allen-Dick, Devin Bright, Austin Kane, Matilda Lawler, Rupali Redd, and Kal Penn. It premieres its first two episodes on November 16th and is described as follows:

Scott Calvin is back! After being Santa Claus for nearly thirty years, he’s as jolly as ever,” reads the synopsis. “But as Christmas declines in popularity, so does his Santa magic. Scott struggles to keep up with the demands of the job, as well as being there for his family. Upon discovering there is a way to retire from his post, Scott considers stepping down as Santa Claus and finding a worthy successor so that he can become a better father and husband.
