Tom Holland Wants To See The Amazing Spider-Man 3 With Andrew Garfield

Tom Holland is believed to have more Spider-Man in his future, but he’d like to see Andrew Garfield get another shot at his franchise. Holland was doing press for Uncharted and in a clip shared online by Phase Zero – MCU, he was asked about the idea of Garfield — who got to return to the role in Spider-Man: No Way Home — reprising it again in a third Amazing Spider-Man entry.
“I would love to see The Amazing Spider-Man 3,” he said (per JoBlo). “I think what was so wonderful was how Andrew was able to kind of make amends with the character and the studio, you know, to kind of win the general public back.”
The Amazing Spider-Man films were financially successful, but the second disappointed compared to expectations and the fan reaction for them at the time of their release was well below the Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland franchises. Sony has yet to reveal what’s next for Spidey, though they have several Sony Spider-Man Universe films on the way including Morbius, Madame Web, and more.
