The Xenomorphs Deliver New Terror in Final Trailer for Alien: Romulus

20th Century Studios debuted the final trailer today for Alien: Romulus, the highly anticipated new installment of the Alien film franchise. You can check out the latest trailer for the upcoming summer blockbuster below, featuring the return of the iconic Xenomorphs.
Filmmaker Fede Alvarez takes the helm behind the camera for the upcoming “interquel” feature. He directs from a script he co-wrote with longtime collaborator Rodo Sayagues. Original Alien filmmaker Ridley Scott serves as producer for the project.
In the new interquel, a group of young space colonizers discovers a derelict space station. While there, they come face to face with the most terrifying life form in the universe. The Xenomorphs have returned for more terrifying chaos and mayhem.
Alien: Romulus stars Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn, and Aileen Wu. It’s also produced by original Alien producer Walter Hill, with Fede Alvarez, Elizabeth Cantillon, Brent O’Connor, and Tom Moran executive producing the project. It debuts exclusively in theaters on August 16. It will be available in IMAX, Dolby Cinema, 4DX, ScreenX, and formats everywhere.
