Rap Legend Scarface Tests Positive For Coronavirus
Hop-hop legend Scarface has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The Geto Boys member appeared on Willie D’s show Willie D Live and announced that he tested positive today for COVID-19 and has been dealing with symptoms for the past few weeks.
“You know, uh — like, this whole three weeks [peroid of being sick] has been an ordeal, Will,” Scarface said. “Like it’s the craziest s**t I’ve ever done and seen in my life, you know. Like, I’ve been to the point where I just felt like I was going to die, bro. I threw up so much until it was just – like, hot sauce. Like your gasses and s**t in your stomach, your acids, it’s hot. I didn’t have no food in my stomach. It was just coming up like bile, bro. I couldn’t breathe, Will.”
Scarface added later in the video (per XXL Mag), “It started off with pneumonia in both of my lungs and three or four days later my kidneys failed… Three or four days after that they told me I am quarantined. I got to wait till it subsides to see what is going on with my kidneys.”
Scarface’s announcement follows fellow Houston rapper Slim Thug’s reveal that he tested positive on Tuesday.
