All Elite Wrestling (AEW) filed several new trademarks on November 12.
The Tony Khan-led company has filed applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to trademark “AEW Fire,” “AEW Blitz,” “AEW Tidal Wave,” and “AEW Firestorm.”
Interestingly, all four trademarks have been filed under the “Goods and Services” description.
Here’s the full description:
“Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling television programs; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of professional wrestling.” [Via Fightful]

While it is currently unknown what All Elite Wrestling intends to do with these trademarks, the company is known for trademarking names for special episodes of Dynamite and Collision. Additionally, the new filings could also be for a new TV show. The company has previously filed to trademark “AEW Shockwave” but has since entered a legal dispute with NWA. The last trademarks filed by the Jacksonville-based promotion are “AEW Bacon Brawl” and “Bacon Brawl.” However, there has been no follow-up on this.
