Brie Bella Comments on her Return to WWE, Note on Her WWE Future

As usual, the Royal Rumble included some unexpected returns by previous WWE Superstars. A previous WWE Diva made her presence known, as Brie Bella returned to the ring for the first time since the 2022 Royal Rumble. Brie has not regularly competed since 2018, as she’s spent the past several years away from the ring focusing on her family and other business endeavors. According to Dave Meltzer, Brie’s return was not a a one-shot deal.

Brie also posted on Instagram about her return, indicating that this won’t be the last we see of her going forward:

I can’t even express the gratitude I’m feeling right now. It’s been a journey to get here but I’m back and it feels good!!!

Brie’s sister Nikki has been a regular part of WWE television in recent months, returning as a babyface before turning against Stephanie Vaquer to challenge for her Women’s World Championship. Brie is a former Divas Champion, but has never had a chance to hold tag team gold since the Women’s Tag Team Championship wasn’t around during her previous run.
