Brutus Creed Says Most of The Roster Are Afraid To Take His ‘Brutus Ball’ Finisher
In an interview with Fightful, Brutus Creed spoke about his unique ‘Brutus Ball’ finisher and said that most of the roster are scared to take it.
He said: “I’m at the Performance Center, we’re practicing dives, and I’m like, ‘What if this is it?’ I dove and I was joking. We get to a match, and I actually hit that dive in a match, and I believe the first people it was hit on was Marcel [Ludwig Kaiser], Wes Lee, and I think Nash Carter. That’s where it was born and from there, it was a joking dive that I actually ended up doing in a match and from there it progressed to ‘can we use it as a finisher? It looks devastating.’ We continued to do it from there.” I’d say almost 90% [laughs]. No one has gotten hurt. They say it felt fine. It just looks scary. I’m sure if you have 280 pounds coming off the top, it’s going to look scary.“
