Dr. Carlon Colker will be required to show how Vince McMahon paid for Janel Grant’s medical bills at his clinic, as ordered by a judge in the ongoing case. As previously reported, Grant is seeking evidence from Coker pertaining to her lawsuit against McMahon over her allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and abuse. Colker and his Peak Wellness clinic were named by Grant in the lawsuit against Vince McMahon. She alleged that McMahon directed her to go there for treatment, the details of which were not disclosed to her.

Colker has denied Grant’s claims and has fought Grant’s attempts to obtain information from him. He has turned over some medical records, though those records do not indicate who made the payments. POST Wrestling reports that a judge has ruled in the pre-suit action that Colker must provide records that showed how McMahon paid for the treatment.

Colker’s attorney has said that McMahon paid via a credit card that was on file with the clinic. However, he says that records of how the bills were paid exist. He has argued that McMahon referring Grant to the clinic and covering the cost don’t imply improper behavior, and questions the significance of the payment details.

The judge in the case said that it was “hard to believe that a doctor is maintaining billing records without any indication of who paid those bills.” He stated that he would issue a written order this week requiring Colker to provide the payment records. Colker must also make a “good faith effort” to communicate with Grant’s lawyers and locate the payment records.

The deadline for providing the records is expected to be within 35 days of the order’s entry.
