Dennis Rodman’s WWE Hall of Fame speech saw shout-outs to his colleagues in WCW including Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. Friday night (or Saturday morning)’s ceremony saw the NBA star and sometime WCW wrestler receive this year’s celebrity induction. He was inducted by Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman.
Rodman came out to the nWo theme wearing a Hollywood Hulk Hogan shirt. He put over the love wrestlers have for their community and said the business hasn’t turned its back on those who have been damaged by it.
Rodman thanked Jimmy Hart, Eric Bischoff and Hogan, getting emotional, and took time to praise Hogan’s son Nick and how Hogan always stood by Nick. He shouted out a number of other names and then talked about the Hogan statue before emulating Hogan’s “Whatcha gonna do?” catchphase and then gave the “nWo 4 Life” line.
