February 3, 2022 | Posted by

As we reported yesterday, Chase Owens revealed on Twitch that he signed a new deal with NJPW that will keep him there for a long time. Owens, who is 31, said that he would be close to 40 when the deal expires.
Bodyslam.net reports that Owens signed a five-year deal with New Japan, keeping him there through 2027 at least. It’s said to be a “considerable raise” from his last deal. He will also get a raise every year of his contract.
The deal is allegedly around $150,000 to $200,000, and Owens will be able to renegotiate the amount of money at the end of each year.
