Inaugural EVOLVE Women’s Champion Kali Armstrong’s arrival on WWE NXT seems imminent.
During tonight’s Stand & Deliver Premium Live Event, the company aired a vignette for what looks like her imminent arrival to NXT. The vignette featured her exploits on EVOLVE, with Kali herself highlighting her skills. She called herself “fast, strong, dominant, and different” before signing off with her tagline, “difference maker.”
The video closed by stating that Kali Armstrong is “coming soon” to NXT. However, no official date has been set for her arrival on the developmental brand.
As mentioned above, Kali Armstrong is the inaugural WWE EVOLVE Women’s Champion. Her reign was ended by Kendal Grey last October. The 31-year-old recently competed in a Fatal Five-Way Gauntlet Eliminator for another shot at the EVOLVE Women’s Championship but failed in her pursuits.
Armstrong has previously competed on NXT television as well as in dark matches, the most recent of which came in a winning cause against Nikkita Lyons.
