FTR Accepts Cope’s Challenge for Double or Nothing But Want “I Quit” Stipulation to be Added

AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) respond to Adam Copeland’s challenge for their gold at Double or Nothing.
On this week’s Dynamite, Copeland challenged FTR to a New York Street Fight at Double or Nothing. To goad the reigning champions into accepting the challenge after their proclamation that Cope and Cage won’t get another shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Cope said that he and Christian would retire as a duo if they fail to get the job done at Double or Nothing.
FTR (and Stokely) opened tonight’s episode of Collision to address Cope’s challenge. Wheeler admitted that Cope’s offer was pretty “enticing” and went on to accept it.
However, there was a twist. Dax Harwood took the microphone and said that no one, including fans, wanted Cope and Christian in AEW. Harwood then said that, given the stakes involved, he doesn’t want any more debates after the pay-per-view and thus wants the “I Quit” stipulation to be added to it. Dax said that he wants to see Cope’s and Christian’s loved ones hear the dreaded words at Double or Nothing.
