Former WWE Champion and TKO Board Member Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was recently promoting the live-action remake of Moana while speaking to Complex. During the interview, he was asked what finishing move he thinks could take on Te Kā from Moana. The Rock singled out Seth Rollins’ Stomp, which he also considers his favorite.
The Moana star answered, “I would say Seth Rollins’ stomp. It’s my favorite. I took it at WrestleMania [40].” When asked about how it felt, the former WWE Superstar stated, “I am a glutton for punishment, so I — there’s some finishing moves I love taking. His is so iconic, and I took that. It’s wild — just a face-stomp into the mat. It was cool.”
At WrestleMania 40: Night 1, The Rock and Roman Reigns successfully teamed up against Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, scoring the victory. The live-action remake of Disney’s Moana, featuring The Rock as Maui, debuts in theaters on July 10.
