On the latest episode of My World With Jeff Jarrett, the WWE Hall of Famer talked about his strong support for QT Marshall, agreeing with the sentiment that he is one of the most underrated and misunderstood wrestlers on the internet.

Jarrett, who has worked with QT Marshall both backstage and in the ring, believes that the value of Marshall’s work comes down to him being able to get emotional reactions from fans. You can check out some highlights below:

On Marshall Being Underrated Online:

“I couldn’t agree more. You know, Conrad — I had this conversation once on Saturday, once on Sunday, twice over the weekend. And it kind of went into — and I gave just kind of the whole layout, if you will, of this match, and the ups and downs of the nights. I’m just saying the roller coaster of the night.

On Marshall’s Ability To Get Emotional Reactions:

“And I said, ‘You know, the uniqueness that I believe you have to have a trained ear for, is that people can react to — I’ll call it a highly violent move. Glass, tacks, tables, chairs, whatever. And you get a reaction. You also get a reaction — I’ll say, a Will Ospreay move. AJ used to get them all the time. And I would say, ‘Hey, man, your athleticism, wows people like to a whole other level. ‘There’s so much upside in that.’

“Then also, I think people respond to emotional attachment or being entertained. So I’ll call it kind of the entertainment. The QT [Marshall] match and QT in other places, he’s not going to do a Will Ospreay crazy spot, or highly athletic or a violent. But gathering the emotion, that’s where I think there’s so much money in that type of performance. And I just thought it was such a contrast to a lot of other things on the show. It just really, really, really, to me makes a difference when people respond from an emotional ‘Hey, I’m entertained by that outcome’ [standpoint]. So I think that’s one of the reasons I liked it so much.”
