Je’Von Evans shared his honest reaction after coming up short on this week’s WWE RAW. He admitted that he’s “tired of losing” after another missed opportunity in a big match.
Evans competed in the No. 1 Contender’s Gauntlet on the July 13 episode of RAW. The winner earned a shot at the WWE Intercontinental Championship, but Evans was unable to come away with the victory. The match was ultimately won by Chad Gable, who made Ethan Page tap out.
Soon after the show ended, the WWE star took to his Instagram Stories with a simple message.
“Tired of losing.”
The post came after another high-profile defeat for Evans, who has been involved in several important matches over the past few months but hasn’t been able to get over the finish line.
Earlier this year, Je’von Evans competed in the King of the Ring tournament before earning another chance in the Intercontinental Championship contender’s gauntlet. Both matches moved him closer to a title shot, but neither went his way.
While the recent losses have come in major matches, Evans has still picked up wins on RAW. His frustration appears to be tied more to falling short in matches with championship or tournament stakes than to his overall record.
This also isn’t the first time Evans has spoken openly about his results. Previously, he pointed out that he was 0-12 in championship matches across WWE, TNA, and AAA. At the time, he said he would rather learn from legends by sharing the ring with them than focus only on the title match losses.
However, his latest Instagram post paints a different picture.
