On the latest episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash was asked about a pair of recent auction results for Hulk Hogan memorabilia, with a set of ring-worn boots going for $1,037,000 and the WrestleMania 2 championship belt bringing in $414,000. Logan Paul bid on the boots, which were from WrestleMania I, but came up just short.

Nash talked about why he thought the items drew that kind of money, what he still has from his own career, and how he stores his signed pieces. You can check out his comments below:

On Why Hogan’s Items Drew That Kind Of Money:

“Well, I think it would have done well because Hulk’s passed, and Jordan and Magic are still alive. So, of course, their signature is not worth s**t.”

On the WrestleMania 2 Title Belt That Sold:

“They hadn’t changed it yet. That was before the Winged Eagle.”

On the Gear He Still Has:

“I have my boots. They would have been Diesel boots, slash Kevin. I wore pants, so I wore like wrestling boots, but they were high tops. People have watched me in matches before where Bret’s doing something with me, and I’ve got real short boots on, because to me it was stupid as f**k to sit there and lace up boots for no reason. The singlets are all gone.”

On What His Own Memorabilia Would Bring:

“I’m alive, so I’m going out signing this weekend.”

On Collecting and Preserving Signed Pieces:

“I know that my wife paid a pretty penny for a Babe Ruth baseball in maybe ’92. But by today’s standards, that ball’s probably worth — I haven’t seen a Babe Ruth ball that’s worth less than 100k, like a real one. All my balls are in cases that UV can’t get through, and then they’re all in a safe.”
