Lash Legend Says Nia Jax Has Supported Her Since Before WWE Call-Up, Talks Being In WarGames Match

Lash Legend is happy to be paired with Nia Jax now that she’s on the main roster, noting Jax is one of many women in WWE to support her. Legend has a run-in with Jax on WWE NXT TV, and is now allied with her on the main roster. The two are part of the women’s WarGames team at Survivor Series this weekend, and Legend spoke about Jax’s support and being in the match during a conversation with Adrian Hernandez. On Being Paired With Nia Jax:

“That is my sister. I’m grateful for her, even before I was officially called up, she’s been super-supportive. Like the support is just unimaginable. And I truly feel like that’s also like, all the hope that I just had just to officially getting there. I just had so much support and I just cannot complain. I really can’t. Because Nia has been supportive, Bianca has been supportive, Naomi has been supportive. People really have been rooting for me um for a while. And that does not go unnoticed, and it just helps uplift people. It’s more meaningful than a lot of people think that it is, or impactful than a lot of people think that that can be.

“So I just feel like they’ve been giving me so much hope. And now it’s finally here and they’re still so, so, so supportive. So the fact that I’m side by side by Nia, I’m just so grateful.”

On Being Put Into WarGames So Soon After Her Call-Up:

“I still do tell myself to enjoy every moment, I make sure to do that. I breathe, I look at my surroundings when I’m in the arena, I do take it in. Because I feel like in life I have missed out on moments, really being in it. Because I’ve done a lot of things that I’ve just been so blessed and grateful with, just in my life. So I’m in that point where I’m like, ‘No, I am going to appreciate these moments. I am going to take it in.’ I feel like I’ve been doing a really good job of that.

“But being able to be in the ring with all of these women at the same time? I’m like, I know I’ll have a moment to just be like, ‘I’m here. I’m here, and I am ready to make magic with y’all.’ So, I’m just so excited. I know it’s going to be great. It is really crazy, it’s very surreal to think about.”
