Leon Slater Retains TNA X-Division Championship at Rebellion 2026

Leon Slater continues to reign as TNA X-Division Champion. Slater opened tonight’s Rebellion pay-per-view, defending his gold against Cedric Alexander.

The high-paced back-and-forth match saw Alexander deliver his best shot, but he still couldn’t get the job done. Alexander planted Slater with a couple of Brainbusters, including one on the top turnbuckle, and then nailed a Lumbar Check, only for Leon to put his leg on the rope.

A frustrated Alexander then brought the X-Division Title belt to the ring. However, this proved to be his undoing, as Leon Slater planted him with a Styles Clash on the belt and then hit the 450 Swanton to secure the pinfall.

Slater’s reign currently stands at 266 days. He captured the championship by beating Moose at Slammiversary last July.
