M By Elegance Recalls Wrestling Willow Nightingale in AEW

During a recent interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, TNA Knockouts TV Champion M by Elegance recalled facing off against Willow Nightingale on AEW Dark: Elevation back in March 2023. It was M’s first match in a major promotion.

Speaking on her match against Nightingale, M commented, “I was so new. This was another turning moment of realizing, ‘Maggie, why are you doing these moves?’ I was wrestling girls and doing powerbombs and frickin’ spinebusters, which yeah, I can do it, but I get there, and I’m talking to Willow, and she’s like, ‘What do you do?’ I’m like, ‘Oh, I do a spinebuster and a powerbomb.’ She’s like, ‘Oh, that’s what I’m doing.’”

She continued on the experience, “But the experience was so great. She’s so, so, so sweet, and producing the match was great as well. She was so sweet after the match. Obviously I was so frickin’ green, like I was brand new. I didn’t even know how many matches I had worked up until that
point. I think that match might’ve been the first time that I had real wrestling gear even. Possibly, if I remember correctly.”

M By Elegance was in action on this week’s TNA iMPACT! She successfully defended her title against Kiera Hogan.
