MLW News: Update on Status Of Tomorrow’s AAA vs. MLW Super Series, Offices Closed For Monday, No Events Canceled Yet
An update is available for Friday’s AAA vs. MLW Super Series in the face of the novel coronavirus pandemic. PWInsider reports that MLW’s staff and talent are in Southern California and/or Tijuana for the show, which takes place tomorrow and that as of now, there have not been any cancellations in Mexico and the event is still on.
Talent have been told by MLW that even though they’re down in Mexico for the show, they do not have to perform if they aren’t comfortable doing so.
– The site also notes that MLW’s offices in New Rochelle, New York are not within the containment zone in that city, but are near it. MLW has told office staff to take Monday off and remain with their families. New Rochelle is the first part of the US to have a containment zone over the pandemic.
– As of now, no MLW events have been canceled although that obviously could change at any point as the virus continues to spread.
