The revival of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic was announced by NXT General Manager Robert Stone this past Tuesday. The Creed Brothers were revealed as one of the participants, with more announcements promised over the weekend. The 14-team single-elimination tournament is set to feature duos from RAW, SmackDown, NXT, EVOLVE, and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide.

Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes of The Vanity Project and The Wagner Brothers have automatically qualified for the quarterfinals due to their status as NXT and AAA Tag Team Champions, respectively.

More teams will be announced tomorrow, and the tournament will get underway this coming Tuesday.
