Pat McAfee Reveals WrestleMania Night One Discount On WWE Smackdown

WWE is dropping the ticket price for night one of WrestleMania 42, as announced by Pat McAfee on WWE Smackdown. McAfee came down to the ring on Friday’s show to cut a promo in which he took shots at CM Punk for the comments Punk made about him on Raw. Punk took aim at McAfee during his Raw promo and told him to “tell your agent,” meaning Ari Emanuel, to lower WrestleMania tickets so families can come and see him kick Roman Reigns’ ass.

McAfee mocked Punk and said that he was talking about people who were more famous and in better shape than Punk on last week’s Smackdown and noted that Punk wears WWE merchandise which just goes to the “Sorry Saudi Arabia” account, not to the people who can’t afford tickets.

McAfee said Punk was all talk and no action, but that he called Ram Trucks who agreed to give 25% off tickets for night one of WrestleMania so more people could see Randy Orton beat Cody Rhodes, as opposed to seeing Punk fight Reigns.

WWE has confirmed the deal, which lasts until the end of Monday’s Raw. As of this writing on Ticketmaster, the cheapest seats are now $164.20 (not including fees and such, of course). The most expensive remaining tickets are at ringside and are “only” $12,032.75.

Thank You, @PatMcAfeeShow?!

From NOW until the end of #WWERaw this Monday, all #WrestleMania Saturday tickets are 25% off!
