Note On Plans For Brock Lesnar Following WWE Clash In Italy

Brock Lesnar has a rematch with Oba Femi at WWE Clash in Italy, and a new report has an update on plans going forward. As noted, Lesnar and Femi will run it back after Femi dominated The Beast at WrestleMania 42, to the point that Lesnar seemingly retired from the ring after that match.
Lesnar intimated in a promo on this week’s Raw that he still considered himself retired. However, Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that Lesnar won’t be done quite yet after Clash in Italy and is expected to appear again after the PLE.
The report noted that Lesnar is not, as of now, scheduled for Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 18th in Madison Square Garden. That show is one of only two major events before WWE SummerSlam in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the other being WWE Night of Champions on June 27th. No word on whether Lesnar is scheduled for either Night of Champions or SummerSlam.
WWE Clash in Italy takes place on May 31st at Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy. The show airs live on ESPN Unlimited in the US and Netflix internationally, with the first hour of the show will airing on ESPN. The card is as follows:
* Undisputed WWE Championship Match: Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther.
* World Heavyweight Championship Tribal Combat: Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu.
* WWE Women’s Championship Match: Rhea Ripley vs. Jade Cargill.
* WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match: Becky Lynch vs. Sol Ruca.
* Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi.
