Sheamus On Whether He Regrets Never Winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship

Former WWE Superstar Sheamus recently opened up about not winning the Intercontinental Championship during his nearly two-decade-long stint with the company.
During his 19-year stint with WWE, Sheamus won multiple singles and tag team titles, including world championships, and various gimmick matches, including the Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank. However, one championship he could never lay his hands on, despite his best efforts, is the Intercontinental Title. He last challenged for the IC Title (against Bron Breakker) at Saturday Night’s Main Event in January 2025.
Sheamus exited WWE earlier this month after allegedly refusing to accept a restructured deal, ending his stint without the elusive IC Title.
During a recent conversation with Adam’s Apple, the Irish star was asked whether he regrets not winning the Intercontinental Championship. Sheamus said he has no regrets whatsoever.
“I’ve had an amazing career, fella! No regrets. I mean it,” he said.
