Tessa Blanchard Removed From MLW Roster Page Days After Signing

Tessa Blanchard may not be coming to MLW after all, as the company has removed her name and signing announcement from their website. As previously reported, MLW announced on September 1st that they had signed Blanchard and that she would make her debut at MLW Fightland 2026 on September 12th. CMLL, Blanchard’s home promotion, threw that in question when they issued issued a statement on Friday clarifying that Blanchard was only set to appear at the one date for MLW and that “there is no deal between Tessa Blanchard, MLW, and CMLL besides this booking.”

Now, it appears there may not even be a a deal around the booking. As PWInsider initially noticed, the article announcing Blanchard was joining MLW has been removed from the website as has all references to her. That includes a listing on the MLW roster that had been added to the site.

Tessa Blanchard is also not listed in the advertised list of talents for the MLW Fightland taping, although it’s not clear if that advertised talent listing was ever updated after the initial announcement she would be debuting there.

Blanchard spoke with TMZ Inside the Ring and said she would continue working with CMLL, calling MLW her “second home.” Neither MLW nor Blanchard have issued a statment about the matter yet.
