PWInsider reports that Konnan and Juventud Guerrera are in Chicago ahead of tonight’s Impact Bound for Glory PPV. Both are advertised for tomorrow’s Lucha Festival before that night’s TV tapings in Cicero Stadium. It’s unknown if they will appear on tonight’s PPV or not.
