Updated Card For Next Week’s WWE NXT: Women’s Title Match, More

WWE has announced an updated card for next week’s episode of WWE NXT, including the previously-set NXT Women’s Championship match and more. It was confirmed on Tuesday’s show that Sol Ruca will challenge Jacy Jayne for the Women’s Championship by virtue of her scoring the pinfall in the tag team main event of last week’s show.
In addition, Darkstate will defend the NXT Tag Team Championships against Swipe Right after the latter team picked up a win in a #1 contender’s match on tonight’s episode. Ricky Smokes and Brad Baylor defeated OTM, Hank & Tank, and The Culling to get the title shot. Jasper Troy will defend the WWE Speed Championship against Eli Knight and Elio LeFleur in a triple threat match as well. LeFleur and Knight fought to a draw in the finals of the latest #1 contenders tournament.
Plus, Ethan Page will defend the NXT North American Championship against Myles Borne, who was able to get a title shot from Page after he assaulted Page and threatened to Pillmanize the champion’s ankle. And finally, Thea Hail will battle Blake Monroe in the first match of the latest WWE Women’s Speed Championship #1 contenders tournament.
WWE NXT takes place next week from the WWE Performance Center and airs live on The CW and Netflix internationally. You can see the full card below:
