Various News: Verizon Adds Lucha Underground Network, Northeast Wrestling Reschedules Show, More

– Verizon Fios has added the El Rey Network, which airs Lucha Underground, as channel 198 on the service. Currently the network is only available in SD according to PWInsider.

– The Alamo Drafthouse in Yonkers, New York will screen the Roddy Piper-starring They Live on September 5th.

– Northeast Wrestling has announced that they’ve rescheduled their Pomona, New York show that had to be postponed over the weekend to August 25th. The event was postponed due to local weather conditions. Fans who had tickets for the original event will be good for admittance on August 25th; new tickets will not be issued for those ticketholders.

The show will feature Mick Foley, Cody Rhodes, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, the Hardy Boyz, Jushin “Thunder” Liger, Booker T, Velvet Sky and more. You can find out more here.
