Vickie Guerrero Reportedly Says She’ll Be Working With WWE Soon

Vickie Guerrero has said that they will be doing some work with WWE soon, according to a new report. Fightful Select reports that Guerrero has told multiple people that she would be back working with WWE on some things “in a few weeks.” The report notes that the bookings were not explicitly said, though it pointed out that WWE Evolution is in a few weeks on July 12th. To be clear, this is not any kind of confirmation that Guerrero will be appearing on or involved with WWE Evolution at this point.

The report from Fightful Select goes on to say that Guerrero has maintained a positive relationship with WWE. She was most recently seen on WWE TV when she was in attendance for Smackdown’s return to the USA Network in September of last year. She was with AEW from 2019 until February 2023 when her contract expired and was not removed.

After her AEW exit, Guerrero was embroiled in controversy after her daughter Sherilyn accussed her stepfather Kris Benson, Guerrero’s husband, of sexual assault during a cruise just before COVID lockdowns. While Shaul and Chavo Guerrero both showed support for Sherylin, Vickie Guerrero issued a statement with Benson denying Sherilyn’s allegations in addition to a statement by Guerrero accusing Sherilyn of lying and threatening to “see you in court” while disowning her.
