UPDATE: WWE CFO Frank Riddick Leaving Company At The End of the Month, Details on Nick Khan’s Memo To Employees
UPDATE: Fightful Select has details on the memo WWE President Nick Khan sent to employees this morning regarding the exit for CFO Frank A Riddick.
It reads: “After over thirteen years on our Board of Directors and almost two years after joining WWE full time as our CFO and serving as President/CFO, Frank Riddick will be leaving WWE post the TKO close at the end of this month. Frank is a highly respected colleague, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside him. We are grateful for his counsel, support and dedicated years of service and wish him only continued success moving forward.”
Original: PWInsider reports that WWE Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer Frank A Riddick will leave the company at the end of this month. Nick Khan announced the news to employees with a memo earlier today. He is the first executive to leave after Endeavor acquired the company and merged it with UFC as TKO.
Riddick was on the Board of Directors for over 13 years. Before the merger, he reported directly to Vince McMahon. He was appointed interim CFO during the COVID-19 pandemic and eventually replaced Kristina Salen. He was promoted to his current role in July 2022. His job included “overseeing financial planning & analysis, strategy, controllership, investor relations, tax, data analytics, technology, event travel and facilities.”
After the merger yesterday, Riddick received a $5 million bonus.
