WWE is apparently set to continue counter-programming. According to Wrestlevotes Radio (via F4WOnline), WWE is set to hold their NXT Heatwave event on the same day as AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. Forbidden Door runs in London on August 24. Heatwave is set to happen in South Carolina.
WWE has yet to confirm the details for Heatwave. They are currently focused on this weekend’s events: NXT The Great American Bash, Saturday Night’s Main Event and Evolution. The first two happen on Saturday, the same day as AEW All In: Texas.
