WWE Smackdown Rating & Audience Rebound After Previous Week’s Slip

WWE Smackdown saw its numbers rise back up after falling last week against the NBA Finals. Friday’s episode notched a 0.67 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.43 million viewers, up 11.7% and 6.7% respectively from the previous week’s 0.60 demo rating and audience of 2.278 million.
The numbers were still a bit below the 0.73 and 2.563 million from two weeks ago, but were otherwise the highest points for Smackdown since the April 28th episode which drew a 0.67 demo ratng and 2.473 million viewers for the Draft. Smackdown topped all shows on TV for the night per Showbuzz Daily, beating NBC’s US Open coverage (0.40 demo rating, 2.433 million viewers).
Smackdown is averaging a 0.602 demo rating and 2.325 million viewers in 2023, compared to a 0.523 demo rating and 2.129 million viewers for the same time period in 2022.
