Triple H’s Reaction To Tiffany Stratton Going Off-Script On Charlotte Flair

The third episode of WWE: Unreal features backstage reactions from Triple H and more to Tiffany Stratton & Charlotte Flair’s now-infamous promo segment leading into WrestleMania 41. As you may recall, the two WrestleMania opponents had a very awkward segment on the April 4th episode of Smackdown where Flair became flustered due to the reaction she was getting from fans which led to her taking a shot at Stratton’s voice. Stratton countered by taking a shot at Flair’s personal life, saying she was “0-3” outside the ring in reference to her marriages. Flair then responded by saying Stratton’s real-life boyfriend Ludwig Kaiser was in her DMs.

The third episode of the Netflix docuseries features the reaction in Gorilla Position when the moment happened, and as Fightful notes, Triple H asked Stratton if it was all scripted to which Stratton acknowledged her shots at Flair weren’t. It also featured Creative Writing SVP Ed Koskey telling Triple H in Gorilla, “Apparently, it was the divorce line that sent her over the edge. She’s upset. It obviously wasn’t written in the promo.”

The Game replied, “I need Tiffany to understand that’s obviously not how we do this. So, she needs to go to Charlotte and apologize and they need to get on the same page.”

Stratton defeated Flair at WrestleMania to retain the WWE Women’s Title and in the episode, Flair praises Stratton after the match by saying she has a bright future while Triple H credits Flair for putting Stratton over.
