Ticket industry publication Pollstar (via Wrestlenomics) revealed new details regarding this year’s WrestleMania 42. This year saw WWE return to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the second year in a row.

WrestleMania 42 brought in $36 million in ticket sales for both nights, accounting for a 46% decrease in revenue from last year. Night 1 sold 45,215 tickets and brought in $17,441,679. Meanwhile, Night 2 sold 48,158 tickets and brought in $18,558,414. This came out to a combined 93,373 tickets sold.

For comparison, WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant sold 113,412 tickets and drew $66 million for both nights. Wrestlenomics notes that the numbers for WrestleMania 42 are in line with WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.

Ticket sales for this year’s WrestleMania were a hot topic of conversation heading into the event. WWE failing to sell out the two-night event was even referenced in-storyline on WWE programming by Pat McAfee.

WrestleMania 42 was originally scheduled to be held in New Orleans before WWE opted to move the event to Las Vegas again. Meanwhile, WrestleMania 43 will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in April 2027. It marks the first time ever that WrestleMania has been held outside of North America.
