Zilla Fatu received a farewell at HOG High Intensity on Friday amid reports that he’s expected to sign with WWE. Fatu competed at the House of Glory show on Friday night, where he lost the HOG Crown Jewel Championship to Amazing Red.
As you can see below via Twitter, Fatu received a “thank you” chant from the crowd and was wished “good luck” by Red.
It was reported in early July that Fatu was expected to start with the company soon. He is a member of the Anoa’I family and has been wrestling for three years. In addition to the HOG Crown Jewel Championship, he is a former holder of the 4th Rope Heavyweight Championship.
There is, to be clear, no confirmation at this time that Zilla Fatu has signed to or is headed to WWE.
