Finn Balor Was To Be a Top Babyface Prior to Injury

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Finn Balor was kept off television (despite returning to the road and working live events) because WWE didn’t have a WrestleMania match for him. Prior to his injury, he was pegged to be a mainstay at the top of the babyface ladder on Raw. This was going to be done to allow Roman Reigns to stay out of title contention until WrestleMania, but it all got turned sideways when Balor got hurt.
