LAST WEEK on Impact:
We open the show with Rhino in the ring holding a velvet “belt bag.”. Rhino: “I had to make some decisions. Vince McMahon came knocking at my door, and offered me a job. I told him to KISS MY ASS! I AM T…N…A! So Vince McMahon starts up ECW again…and how can you start up ECW when you don’t have their last TV and World champion on the roster? You see Vince, you can’t do that. I am the only man to unify those titles. In this bag is a title I have had for 5-years in my cellar. In this bag is the title that proves I was the unified champion. I would pull out this title, but Vince would send his lawyers after me. I told Vince if he had the balls, come here and take it from me. **Crowd is hot for this** You know something…I will tell you one thing. I stand before you as the war machine! I will do something should have done 5-long years ago.”
Rhino leaves the ring and goes backstage. Tenay and West wonder what he is doing, and we now see Rhino outside. He is tired of people living in the past. TNA has the heart and soul of ECW right here with him, Douglas, Raven and Team 3D, and that proves that ECW is dead. Now it is time to bury the past. We will have a little fire tonight. He is sick and tired of what Vince is doing to ECW. Long live TNA. **HE lights the title on fire in a trash can.** Rhino now makes a challenge ala Kurt Angle, 4, 6 or 8-sided ring, the result will be the same…GORE…GORE…GOOOOOOORE!
Earlier today Mitchell explained his reasoning for joining the James gang. Basically for the right price, Abyss is for sale and will do anything to anyone. Match #1 Abyss defeated Norman Smiley
The James Gang comes to the ring to confront Abyss and Mitchell. BG is here to find out if what happened 2-weeks ago was a fluke, or can they count on them? They chant DX-REJECTS! YES! He will make a deal with the devil. Mitchell shakes on the deal, saying Abyss will fight with them at the PPV. BG tries to shake with Abyss, but gets scared. He keeps flexing and scaring him. BG says this will be Team 3D’s personal Hi-Way to Hell. That sounds awful familiar. We get another video package of him reconditioning the Naturals. He gave them back life, and this Sunday, they will face the Diamonds in the Rough for revenge. They will win and get on the road to the NWA Tag Titles. Match #2 Senshi © defeated Jerrelle Clark
We get a new Paparazzi Productions video. They are so big that they are going global. Devine is his “production assistant, and he loves cameras. Shelley says their match is a non-title match, but that is all he could do on short notice. They only have one goal, to make Kevin Nash proud! Match #3 AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels © defeated The Paparazzi
AMW and Gail attack after the match. Gail dives onto the TRANNY as AMW and the Paparazzi beat down AJ and Daniels. They handcuff Daniels and AJ eats a superkick from Storm. They stand tall over the champions D’Amore is with Team Canada. He says if they win, they are still in the thick of things. He says they are winners, and then yells at Eric Young. Roode says they have it, and will stick it to Cornette! Eric Young is sad. Damn that D’Amore! Match #4 Team 3D, Jay Lethal and Rhino defeated Team Canada
Jay Lethal gets the title shot of his choice by getting the pin and Team Canada is no more.

We get clips of Sunday’s Victory Road PPV.
JB is outside Sting’s locker room to see how his condition is. Jay Lethal leaves the room and says Sting is ok. JB says he has an X-Division title shot, but Lethal says he doesn’t, Sting told him to go for it all, and he is challenging Jarrett for the NWA title with the title shot he won last week!
Tenay and West welcome us to the show.
Shane Douglas is in the ring. He wants to introduce to us the guys he has been whipping into shape.
We see clips of the Newly Franchised Naturals defeating the DITR at Victory Road.
The Newly Franchised Naturals (Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas) w/Shane Douglas vs. Frankie Kazarian & Matt Bentley
All 4 men brawl to begin, double shoulder block to Matt and Kazarian is tossed. Rights by Douglas, tag to Chase. Double boots and they beat down Matt. Tag to Douglas, they slam Matt to the corner and gets a cover for 2. Kazarian tries to trip Douglas, does and Kazarian with a sling shot leg drop for 2. Matt with a basement dropkick and we head to commercial @ 1:35.
Back from commercial @ 5:02 with Matt getting a back breaker and el elbow by Kazarian on Douglas for 2. Forearms by Kazarian, but a boot by Douglas. Kazarian manages the corner dropkick and a cover for 2. Tag to Matt, slam by Kazarian and a hip toss by Matt on Kazarian into a leg drop gets 2. Douglas misses an Enziguri and tags Chase! He cleans house, backdrop on Kazarian. He and Douglas toss Kazarian. Fisherman’s suplex on Matt for 2 by Chase. Kazarian in to take out Douglas and Kazarian and Matt get the German/clothesline combo for 2. Douglas tosses to the floor…and the Naturals get the missile dropkick/powerbomb combo for the win!

Shane Douglas comes back out to the ring and SLAPS Chase! He tells them sure they won, but their shoulders should never touch the mat. He is not pleased. VIVA LA FRANCHISE~!
Tenay and West discuss the match and Franchise’s reaction. We see highlights of JJ spraying gasoline in Sting’s eye’s last night at the PPV.
JB is still by Sting’s locker room. He says at Hard Justice Sting will get the title shot, and he is hoping to get his condition. Eric Young is here. He has a “Don’t fire Eric” shirt on. He needs another plan and needs to maintain his spot. JB says they have to go the arena.
JJ and Steiner are there. JJ says Sting is conning Jay Lethal and says Lethal should have went to the X-title, not his. JJ knows it is a master plan and he knows Sting will try to screw him out of the title. JJ says Steiner will be with him at all times to protect him.
We are back with Nash, Shelley and Devine. Nash needs to get in the head of an X worker. Shelley got tapes from al over the world. Shelley makes up some names of some crazy moves and Nash takes notes. In Madagascar they have a 2-sided ring and no seats for the fans. Nash continues to take notes. Shelley says they are flying in the Madagascar wrestlers so Nash can train with them! GLORIOUS! Nash says he feels the title coming to him soon.

Clothesline by Rhino to begin. Sets…GORE…GORE…GORE! 1…2…3!

Rhino on the mic. When he tossed out the extreme challenge, that wasn’t what he was looking for. SAMOA JOE IS OUT! Rhino says he threw out the challenge, we can do it now, next week or Hard Justice! Joe says Rhino made his point. You might say nothing makes me feel better than a brawl, and since you are the best at it, Cornette says we can do it next week on Impact! Rhino says they don’t have to wait, and IT IS ON! Security is out and the fans hate that!
JB is with Runt. Devon and Ray are here as well. They say JB can get out or shut up. They tell Runt to sit. They hate to lose and they lost at Victory Road. They lost and he and Devon are leaving for a while to regroup. They had a goal and they always achieve them. They became the greatest tag team in the world, but things haven’t gone their way. They had AMW where they wanted them and had the titles, but they couldn’t win. They got sidetracked. Now AJ and Daniels are the champs, thing are not going right. They are taking time off and will come back with one goal. They need Runt to do them a favor, behave and hold it down for the family. They remind him to not get in any trouble, and maybe go for the X title, where he will be safe. They leave and Runt smiles…
JB with AMW and Gail. They say never say former champions. Storm says it would have been 7, but Harris hit him with a chair. Gail says this is all Sirelda’s fault. Gail says she cheats, and she is sick of her. She challenge’s her for a match at Hard Justice.
AJ and Daniels make their way to the ring. Daniels says it is good to stand here as the tag champions of the world. But, they aren’t undisputed because it seems that the teams in the back have issues with us. You see, when I look at them I see resentment in their eyes. 2-months ago, Team 3D said that we maybe the future, but as a team, NO! But hey, that is ok, if the roles were reversed I may feel the same way. So AJ, how do we silence the critics. AJ says they have a stack of folders, and they are open contracts for all of the teams in TNA. So, who do we have. Team 3D, yours will be waiting. They even have one for Cage and Sting.
Konnan says he hasn’t heard LAX’s name in the mix. He says they are ducking LAX. He says they are overrated and AJ says there is one for them here. Konnan says it is bullshit, and they have no heart and have been spoon fed by TNA since day one. Daniels says all he does is bitch, they have the contract right here. Daniels says he will hand deliver it. They go to do that and Konnan says it looks good, and wants a pen. AJ gives him one, and he drops it. THEY CROSSED THE BORDER! LAX ATTACK! The beat them down and take them to the ring. Hernandez tosses AJ in the ring and Konnan nails Daniels with the NWA Tag title belt. KOP KILLA ON AJ! HE IS DEAD! Daniels is busted open and Konnan signs the contract in DANIELS BLOOD! I think Tenay called the move, “The Gringo Killa~!”
In the back with JB. Sting is not in the locker room. Larry Z is here with a wacky wig on. He says Cornette is dropping the ball. Slick Johnson is here to laugh at Larry and leaves.
We see a video promo for Bobby Roode. He was born to be a champion. He was a team player in Team Canada, but now it is his time to rise to the top of TNA.
JB does the super special ring announcing.
NWA Title Match: Jeff Jarrett © vs. Jay Lethal
Lethal attacks before the bell and gets a powerbomb as JJ was on the ropes posing. Lethal takes it to JJ and gets a count of 2. To the floor they go and Lethal is al over JJ. Cross body off the top for 2 by Lethal! Chops and he chases JJ to the floor again! Back into the ring and JJ gets the boots as he comes in. JJ tries an uppercut and Lethal stops it, and then a suicide dive! Lethal is all over JJ again as Steiner walks out with a pipe. Lethal up top…but JJ tosses him to the floor as we head to a commercial @ 2:02.
We are back @ 5:30. JJ is in control and has been all commercial. Steiner grabs Lethal and press slams him back into the ring. JJ has him, off the ropes and a dropkick by JJ. Off the ropes and a trip by JJ and figure four try, roll up and 2 for Lethal. FIGURE FOUR by Lethal now! Steiner grabs JJ’s hands and pulls him to the ropes. Lethal gets a PLANCHA onto Steiner! Springboard missile dropkick to JJ! Hip toss and dropkick by Lethal! DIVING HEAD BUTT! 1…2…NO! Off the ropes and a knee by JJ, another…Stroke try…reversal and Lethal nails JJ, goes up top…Steiner kills him with the pipe! TOP ROPE STROKE ON LETHAL! 1…2…3.

After the match Steiner puts Lethal in the recliner! LIGHTS OUT! Sting is here! He cleans house as security fills the ring.
We close the show with a video wrap up. Cage is going to ask Cornette to be in Sting’s corner at Hard Justice.
