Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scene Features The Heroes Honoring Tony Stark

USA Today has revealed a deleted scene from Avengers: Endgame which features the heroes honoring Tony Stark after he sacrificed himself to use the power of the Infinity stones to defeat Thanos and his army. The deleted scene features the heroes, one by one, dropping to a knee and bowing their heads in tribute to Stark for what he did.

Directors Joe and Anthony Russo said of the moment: “It’s a beautiful scene with moving performances, but we filmed it prior to Tony Stark’s funeral. The funeral scene ultimately became a more resonant and emotional reflection on Tony’s death for us.”

It also reveals the fate of the 2014 version of Gamora, who vanished after the final battle and left some fans wondering if she was dusted with the rest of Thanos’ army. As it turns out, she’s alive.
