American Horror Story: 1984 Brings the ’80s Slasher Vibe in First Full Trailer

The first full trailer for American Horror Story: 1984 has arrived, bringing a new slasher to the screen in “Mr. Jingles.” You can see the full trailer below for the series, which stars Emma Roberts, Gus Kenworthy, Angelica Ross, Cody Fern, Mitch Pileggi and Billie Lourd.

The trailer shows the series leaning hard into the 1980s slasher tropes and feel. There’s plenty of neon, a summer camp ripe for the pickings, and an apparent Final Girl (Roberts) with her own dark past. And of course, there are the camp counselors who are being targeted by an escaped lunatic who has killed before.

The new installment premieres on September 18th.
