WWE Reportedly Happy With Night of Champions, Notes on Sales & Viewership

– PWInsider reports that WWE officials are “extremely happy” with how last Saturday’s Night of Champions 2023 event went down. The event reportedly set a new record for merchandise sales in Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, the show reportedly drew the highest viewership of any premium live event in Saudi Arabia to date. It surpassed the viewership record of the previously held WWE event in Saudi Arabia, Crown Jewel 2022, which was held last November and featured Roman Reigns vs. Logan Paul. Night of Champions outdrew the viewership of Crown Jewel by 18%.

WWE Night of Champions was held on Saturday (May 27) at the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was streamed live on Peacock in the US and the WWE Network everywhere else.
