Lio Rush Wins X Division Title At Impact Slammiversary

Lio Rush used some heel tactics to defeat Chris Sabin for the X Division title at Impact Wrestling Slammiversary. Rush attacked Sabin as he was make his entrance, hurting him before the bell. Sabin agreed to continue and was defeated by Rush in about a minute.

This is the first reign for Lio Rush. It ended Sabin’s ninth reign at 36 days, after he won it at Against All Odds on June 9.
