Jade Cargill Wanted To Use Mace & Razors for Match With Naomi at WWE Evolution

– During a recent interview with Metro UK’s Alistair McGeorge WWE Superstar Jade Cargill recalls some wild requests for her No Holds Barred Match with Naomi at WWE Evolution 2025. Below are some highlights from Metro UK:

Jade Cargill on how they wants to use mace and razors for the match: “There was so much we wanted to use that was asked. We wanted to use mace, that was going to be tough. And then we wanted to use razors, and that was going to be tough, but I welcome it! I wish we were able to use the mace. [But] we gotta think about the crowd, we don’t want anybody in the crowd to be maced, because mace goes so far. That would’ve been wild! The whole first front row would have been lit with mace!”

On Naomi wanting to take the brawl into the crowd: “I love interacting with the crowd. One, you get your money’s worth. But two, it’s that moment that people bring back with them, and they forever talk about it.”

Cargill on WWE Clash in Paris: “I think it was the Lyon crowd that really started that whole European craziness and fans going wild. I couldn’t hear anything. You just lost the noise,’ she recalled, admitting it was her ‘first time experiencing such a crowd’ – but it’s an environment she thrives in. The louder the crowd, the bigger the crowd, the more I come alive.”

At WWE Evolution, Jade Cargill defeated Naomi. Bianca Belair served as the special guest referee. However, Naomi later cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase to win the Women’s World Title later in the night.
