Queen Aminata says her contract is coming toward its end, though she has injury time set to be added to it. The AEW star posted her latest vlog on Wednesday and during the video, she mentions that her contract is up in February but will extend beyond that due to the injury time.
“I signed with AEW three years ago, almost three years,” Aminata said in the video (per Fightful). “I’m almost at the end of my contract, which is next February, plus injury time. I don’t know how long that’s going to be.”
Queen Aminata was out for about five months from November 2025 until April of 2026, having suffered a neck injury. The injury cased her to be pulled from the Blood & Guts match last November. She returned on the April 8th episode of AEW Dynamite to challenge Willow Nightingale for the TBS Championship.
Aminata again competed for the then-vacant title on last week’s AEW Dynamite in a Survival of the Fittest match, which Hikaru Shida won.
