MLW Announces Battle Riot VIII for January 2026 in Orlando

Major League Wrestling announced the January 2026 return of MLW Battle Riot VIII. The upcoming event will mark the promotion’s long-awaited return to Orlando, Florida.

The event will be presented by Danny McBride’s Don Gato Tequila. It takes place on Thursday, January 29 at the Heritage Park Events Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

Of course, the signature match at the one-night spectacular will be the Battle Riot Match. It will be a 40-person battle royal, featuring a hybrid of rumble-meets-street-fight showdown. Eliminations occur by pinfall, submission, or being thrown over the top rope.

You win the Battle Rio match by being the last man standing. The winner will earn a guaranteed title shot, anytime, anywhere. The upcoming event will also feature a special appearance by Don Gato, continuing MLW and Don Gato Tequila’s ongoing partnership, connecting wrestling, culture, and celebration.

This year’s Battle Riot VII was held in Los Angeles, California at The Commerce last April. You can check out 411’s official review of the event by Ryan Ciocco RIGHT HERE.

More details on matchups and appearances at the show will be announced later on MLW’s website. Tickets for MLW Battle Riot VIII go on sale on Wednesday, November 19 at 10:00 am ET at MLWLive.com and Ticketmaster. Additionally, MLW revealed that tickets for the event will start at $10 in celebration of the fans who helped relaunch MLW in Orlando back in 2017.
