WWE Reportedly Set to Name New General Manager For EVOLVE

WWE is reportedly planning major changes to its show, EVOLVE.

One of them, according to Bodyslam+, involves the introduction of a new authority figure.

According to the report, Timothy Thatcher is set to be elevated to the General Manager position for WWE EVOLVE. The position has been vacant since the exit of Stevie Turner late last year.

Thatcher had a two-year stint with WWE NXT as an in-ring talent from 2020 to 2022. After being released from the company in January 2022, he wrestled in Pro Wrestling NOAH, All Elite Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and Major League Wrestling before returning as a trainer under the WWE ID program in November 2024.

Thatcher made his WWE in-ring return on the March 26, 2025, episode of EVOLVE, where he lost to Sean Legacy.
