Jelly Roll is set to appear on WWE TV this week, and a new report has an update on a potential WrestleMania 42 appearance. As noted, the musician is set to appear on this week’s episode of Smackdown from Phoenix, Arizona. Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select cites sources as saying that they expect talks between Jelly Roll and the company could lead to a WrestleMania appearance.

Jelly Roll previously competed at WWE SummerSlam, teaming with Randy Orton against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul. He took the pinfall in the match and his appearance impressed WWE officials. The site also notes that he received universal praise backstage from those the they have spoken to.

To be clear, this is not a confirmation that Jelly Roll will be wrestling a match at WrestleMania, or even that he is confirmed to appear. Rather, it is a matter of sources noting they expect he could make an appearance.

WrestleMania 42 is set to take place on April 18th and 19th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show will air live on ESPN Unlimited in the US and Netflix internationally.
