Australian professional wrestler Xena is set to wrap her stint with World Wonder Ring STARDOM on July 8, with HANAKO set to be her final opponent.
Amid her imminent departure from the Japanese promotion, False Finish reports that sources within WWE and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide believe she may end up joining WWE once she is done with her commitments to STARDOM.
Notably, Xena is in a relationship with Daga, who returned to AAA this past Saturday as part of the re-formed Los Perros del Mal stable. The rebranded faction took out El Grande Americano during the closing moments of last week’s AAA show.
Xena made her in-ring debut in the Aussie independent circuit in October 2018. She made her STARDOM debut in March 2023 and went on to win the Artist of Stardom Championship alongside Maika and Mina Shirakawa. WWE has been a landing point for several STARDOM stars in the past. The current roster includes several former STARDOM talents, like IYO SKY, Giulia, and Blake Monroe.
