Roderick Strong Credits the AEW Roster for His Success

During a recent appearance on What Happened When, AEW wrestler Roderick Strong spoke to Tony Schiavone about his time in AEW, praising the support he’s received from the other talents and locker room. Below are some highlights (via WrestlingInc.com):

“Oh, I feel great, and I’ve absolutely loved my time in AEW. It’s been wild, actually. So wild. I’ve had the opportunity to do a lot of things I never thought I would. So that’s been my favorite part of it. There’s a lot of little things I didn’t even realize. I’m like, ‘Oh, I got to do that. That’s really cool. I didn’t realize that was in me or whatever.'”

On AEW’s Roster

I can go on and on about it, but yeah. Just the roster is awesome. I mean, I don’t know. I love it. Not to brag too much about it, but yeah, I like what we got going on right now very much. I think we are all making each other better in different ways.”

Roderick Strong recently competed in the Death’s Door Steel Cage Match at last month’s AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026 event. Darby Allin, Konosuke Takeeshita, and The Conglomeration (Kyle O’Reilly, Mark Briscoe, Orange Cassidy, and Roderick Strong) teamed up to beat The Don Callis Family (Andrade El Idolo, Jake Doyle, Kazuchika Okada, Kevin Knight, and Kyle Fletcher) and MJF.
